Aura Vision Wins 2026 Inavation Award for COMET-C PRO HB LED Display

Aura Vision is proud to share that COMET-C PRO HB has won a 2026 Inavation Award for Display Technology, recognising the product’s performance, efficiency, and engineering-led approach to professional LED design.

As a relatively young company, this is Aura Vision’s first product award and an important milestone for the team behind COMET-C PRO HB. The display was developed for demanding, always-on environments such as control rooms and other mission-critical spaces, where image quality, power efficiency, reliability, and sustainability must work together consistently over long operating hours.

COMET-C PRO HB is built around Flip-Chip COB LED technology, Common Cathode architecture, and a custom-designed Drive IC. This combination allows the display to deliver significantly higher brightness levels while maintaining efficient power consumption. By reducing energy waste at the driver level and improving heat dissipation at the pixel level, the display runs cooler than traditional LED solutions, supporting long-term colour stability and component longevity.

These design decisions directly address the realities of control room and operational environments, where displays are viewed for extended periods and often operate 24/7. Lower heat output contributes to more comfortable working conditions for operators and reduces the load on HVAC systems, while efficient power use helps lower total cost of ownership over the lifetime of the installation. Features such as anti-reflective performance and consistent contrast ensure clarity in bright, high-ambient-light spaces.
